Producing an optimal live stream is a complicated challenge. If you want to learn more, we recommend that you read the dedicated articles to improve fundamental aspects such as the type of camera, lighting, video format and software corrections.

In this article we will only give you the basic information on the positioning of the camera, to obtain an optimal shot for your viewers.

  • Place the camera in the landscape position: this way, we get a better view of the table and a more professional image for the viewers.
  • Deactivate the screen rotation: in the case of mobile phones and tablet devices, make sure to deactivate the screen rotation lock.
  • Neither too close or too far away: place the camera at a height and distance comfortable for the player but also that allows to see all pockets of the table and it’s neither too close or too far away.
  • Rack Side: Place the camera in the same side of the table as the rack. This makes it easier for viewers to see the break

Tips: we recommend to use a phone/tablet front camera, or pc+webcam in order to watch the opponent playing.
